How it works

Ovarin dietary supplement contains two isomeric forms of inositol: myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. Inositol is a vitamin-like substance which occurs naturally in your diet. Its absorption can be affected by poor eating habits, e.g. consuming too much coffee, tea and alcohol, but also by stress, antibiotics and hormonal contraception.

Folic acid participates in cell division, including the division of egg cells.Vitamin D in its recommended dose [2] participates in cell division. Pantothenic acid helps maintain proper energy metabolism, the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, whereas vitamin B6 regulates hormonal activity. Vitamin B12 helps maintain proper energy metabolism and proper functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 participate in maintaining proper metabolism of homocysteine.
